Angelica Root for Protection

How to use Angelica Root:

Angelica root is used in protection work. It wards off evil and is used for summoning angels. Hang a pouch of Angelica root in your kitchen to bless your home. Wear it to increase longevity and ward off illness. Can be used in a bath tea to remove curses. Also increases luck in gambling.

How to Use Angelica Root in a Spell or Ritual:

To make a pouch to call on angels, you will need:

  • A white pouch or piece of fabric with a white ribbon
  • a small white feather for angel connection
  • tumbled angelite for angel connection
  • a piece of blue sapphire for angel connection (especial Micheal)
  • dried Angelica root to summon angels
  • dried peppermint (angels love mint)
  • An oil for calling on angels, or thinning the veil like Open the Veil Ritual Oil

Cleanse your space and all your tools with your favorite cleansing technique. Call upon the directions and your guardians if that's part of your practice. Set your intention. Open your pouch and place each item inside, stating their intention or purpose. Drop a couple drops of the oil of your choice inside your pouch, or you can use the oil to anoint the crystals and the fabric. Close up the pouch or tie it off with ribbon. Close your circle and release your guardians. Keep this pouch with you when you meditate, by your bed, or on your altar.
