Basil for Love & Prosperity
Basil has a rich spiritual history and has been revered in many cultures throughout history. In ancient Greece, basil was considered a symbol of fertility, and it was often used in love potions and spells. The herb was also associated with mourning, and it was used to make wreaths for funerals.
In Hinduism, basil is considered a sacred herb and is associated with the god Vishnu. It is commonly planted outside Hindu temples and is believed to have purifying and protective properties.
In ancient Rome, basil was associated with the god Mars and was thought to bring good luck to warriors. It was also believed to have aphrodisiac properties, and it was often used in love spells.
Our Basil comes in a sealable 3"x4" bag with a weight of 14 grams (0.50oz) and was packaged with gloves. We recommend doing a skin test to make sure you are not allergic if you plan on using Basil topically.

How to use Basil in a Spell of Ritual:
To make a money incense, you will need a mortar and pestle and money herbs. First you're going to set your intention and I like to blow my intention into my mortar, or you can do a visualization. Herbs for money include Alfalfa leaf, Cinnamon, Basil, Peppermint, Clove, or Nutmeg. Add Ginger to speed it up! Grind it all up in your mortar and pestle. Grind in circles clockwise to bring it in, counterclockwise (moonwise) to release or protect. In this case, we want to bring it all in so we will grind it up clockwise. Once it's a consistency you're happy with, you can add essential oils or ritual oils like Rich Bitch Oil, Commanding Oil, or maybe even Love Drawing Oil if you want to bring in a lover with money. Add this to a charcoal disk to burn, or sprinkle the mixture onto candles or around door ways. Pair this with our Rich Bitch Spray or our Abundance Spell. Companion crystals would be green aventurine, tiger's eye, jade, amethyst, amazonite, citrine, rutilated quartz, green calcite or moss agate.
Herbs can be used to make sachets, incense mixtures, bath teas and more! Make sure you do your research before using any herb to make sure they are safe for the purpose you intend. We are not responsible for what you do with your herbs once they are in your hands.
All our herbs are organic and have been cleansed energetically.
