How to Use Cornflower in a Spell or Ritual:

An Offering to Apollo

What you'll need:

  • Dried cornflowers
  • A white or blue candle
  • A piece of paper and pen
  • A small offering, such as honey or olive oil
  • A representation of Apollo, such as a statue or image

Instructions:

Begin by finding a quiet and sacred space where you can perform this ritual. Light the candle and place it in front of you.

Take a moment to center yourself and call upon Apollo. You can say a prayer or chant, or simply visualize his presence around you.

Take the piece of paper and pen, and write down any creative or artistic projects you're currently working on or wish to pursue. Allow yourself to fully express your desires and intentions on the paper.

Next, take the dried cornflowers and scatter them around the candle. As you do this, visualize Apollo's light and energy filling the space and infusing the cornflowers with his power.

Hold the small offering in your hands and present it to Apollo, thanking him for his guidance and inspiration in your creative endeavors.

Place the offering in front of the representation of Apollo, and hold the piece of paper up to the flame of the candle, allowing it to burn and release your intentions into the universe.

Sit in quiet meditation for a few moments, allowing yourself to bask in the energy of Apollo and the cornflowers.

When you're ready, extinguish the candle and bury the remains of the burnt paper outside. Leave the offering as a sign of gratitude for Apollo's presence in your life.

This ritual craft can be a powerful way to honor Apollo and tap into his creative and artistic energy, while also incorporating the magical properties of cornflowers. Remember to always follow your intuition and adjust the ritual to suit your own personal beliefs and practices
